LED products have a lifespan cycle. Generally speaking, the theoretical lifespan of high-quality LED beads can reach 30,000 – 50,000 hours. However, in actual use, affected by heat dissipation design and usage environment (high temperature, high humidity), the aging speed will accelerate. Aged LED lamps will experience reduced brightness, color temperature drift (warm yellow turning pale), and flickering, which not only affect the lighting experience but also may damage eyesight due to long-term flickering.
For LED products in long-term inventory, if the storage environment is humid and the temperature fluctuates greatly, the capacitors of the driver power supply are likely to bulge and fail, and the beads may also experience dead lights and abnormal light decay due to static accumulation and aging of the packaging glue. We strictly control the inventory of LED products, set up a professional storage environment (constant temperature, constant humidity, anti-static, anti-collision), and conduct regular power-on inspections and performance sampling tests.
If you encounter aged lamps, our technicians will come to test on-site, using professional instruments to test luminous flux, color temperature, and flickering parameters to determine the aging degree, and recommend efficient replacement solutions for you, such as replacing the entire lamp or performing partial maintenance (replacing beads or drivers). For inventory products, we will clearly inform you of the storage duration and performance test results, ensuring that the products delivered to you have undergone strict inspection and are reliable in performance. We can also flexibly plan the supply according to your project cycle to avoid inventory backlogs affecting usage, so that each batch of LED products serves you in the best condition.
